SITTING SCHEDULE
Every Thursday: 7:00-8:30pm
A typical evening starts with 30 minutes of sitting meditation, followed by 15 minutes of walking meditation and another 15 minutes of sitting. We end the evening with a discussion based on a weekly reading. It is not necessary to have done the reading to attend.
There will be a Dharma talk with Q&A after meditation on the first Thursday of each month. The topic of the talk will vary.

Every Friday Morning
We sit from 8:00 – 8:45am.
Instruction for beginners: First Thursday of each month at 6:30pm
Please bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor; a few chairs are available, as well.
Extended Sittings: First Sunday of each month: 9:00am-12:30pm
First Sunday sittings include alternating sitting and walking meditation as well as hearing and discussing a recorded dharma talk. Sitting meditation sessions begin at 9am and 10am. You may arrive at either of those times and leave when you wish. If you have not attended here before, please call Kathey (512.565.3774) or Rick (512.663.7835) for a brief orientation before the meditation.
